The vice-president of the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Construction Industry and general secretary of the Association of Developers has been working in the area of ​​development for more than 15 years. He is, among other things, a guarantor of affordable housing within the Czech Republic at the Crossroads project, a member of working groups for the preparation of standards and decrees. It tries to connect and cooperate with other professional groups in an effort to simplify the legislative environment for the development of the Czech Republic.

Mika Lautanala is currently the Business Counselor at the Embassy of Finland in Prague, covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to joining the Embassy, ​​he spent more than 30 years in various positions related to innovation and industrial policy, innovation funding and research. Mika spent most of his career at Tekes and Business Finland, mostly in positions related to business-research cooperation, including international activities related to the EU and bilateral cooperation with other national funding agencies. Mika is a construction engineer by education and was also responsible for innovative activities related to construction and smart cities.

Seasoned senior real estate executive with over 20 years of comprehensive experience leading major international real estate and construction projects across Europe., with a current focus on the German and UK markets. Starting his career at Skanska, he has held various development and executive roles and has been working with HB Reavis since 2017. Matousek has overseen more than 40 major commercial real estate projects across office, retail, and residential sectors. As a member of the senior executive team, he contributed to HB Reavis achieving the rank of number one in Europe for the largest office development pipeline in 2020 and for having the strongest office development brand in 2020 and 2021.

David Nath is a partner and director of hospitality for Central and Eastern Europe. He has more than 17 years of experience in hotel real estate. David leads a team of experts and consultants dedicated to consulting in the field of hotel investments, valuation of hotel real estate and consulting in the field of hotel development and asset management. David has also served in the leadership position of the real estate investment fund Keystone Hospitality Fund in Luxembourg and in the senior management of an international hotel operating and investment company focusing on hotel construction and operations in Central and Eastern Europe. David was an advisor to the Czech family fund R2G in the acquisition of the Intercontinental Hotel in Prague.

At Penta, he works as Country Managing Director for the Czech Republic. He has been working for the company since 2007, when he founded its real estate division. He worked on the projects of Florentina, Waltrovka and Prague's Masaryk station. He also gained extensive experience in real estate development as director of Bovis Lend Lease for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

He has been working in the Prague branch of the law firm bnt attorneys in CEE since 2003, and since 2008 he has been its partner. In addition to real estate law, which is his key competence, he is also a recognized expert in corporate law and commercial obligations, including disputes related to financial and construction law. He is a member of an international group for the area of ​​Real Estate, and the Chambers agency repeatedly evaluates him as one of the leading experts in this area in the Czech Republic.

CEO Simon Johnson joined CRESTYL thirteen years ago as Executive Director. Before joining Crestyl, he participated, for example, in the development of the Eurovea center in Bratislava or Palladium in Prague. An Englishman who speaks fluent Czech and Slovak has been working in Central Europe for almost 25 years, when he moved here for a managerial role in the international company Bovis, after which he also worked in a number of other development companies.

He works in the DRFG Group as Director of Real Estate Development CEE. He is responsible for managing the portfolio of development projects within DRFG Real Estate. It covers all markets in which DRFG Real Estate operates. Before joining DRFG, he was vice chairman of the board of directors of a financial institution for three years, where he moved after eight years in foreign trade.

Fraser has been with Savills since 2018. He is an experienced property professional with over 20 years' experience and a diverse background providing a wide range of advice within all property sectors. Fraser Watson has lived in Prague since 2007 and has been a Director in Savills’ Prague office for six years. Originally joining Savills as Head of Valuation, Fraser has spent the past five years in the Investment team, providing disposal, acquisition and consultancy advisory services to clients across all property sectors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In December 2023, Fraser was appointed as Head of Investment. Prior to Savills, he worked for Sports Direct in the position of Head of Real Estate Europe, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the business expansion strategy in their 16 operating markets across Europe. He studied Estate Management at the University of Central England in Birmingham and qualified as MRICS in 2006.
